Can you guess where I was earlier this week??? That’s right, the groomers. Keeping my coat clean and well maintain is an important part of staying healthy, especially during the winter months. It has been so cold the last couple of weeks here that we decided to keep my long, golden locks for now.

Those of you who have seen Despicable Me have heard the phrase, “He’s so fluffy I’m gonna die!” Well, that’s what everyone keeps telling me.

My groomer is located in a small, rural town about 45 minutes away from my house and I don’t get a chance to travel to often in that area. But, every time we go through this one small town their veterinarian has a fun saying on their sign that always cracks me up. I don’t agree to the first part, but sure found it funny and true.

Another great sight was seeing this gorgeous sundog in the sky. Sundogs have been close to a daily occurrence in the last couple of week. Seeing this in the sky helps me look past the freezing cold temperatures and see that beauty in front of me.

Well, that was my latest adventure, finding the fun and beauty in life! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend, stay warm, get some snow in you beard, and have fun!

    Mr. N is super fluffy right now too! I think it helps a little bit with warmth but we’re having to spend extra time brushing.

  • Pierre is letting his hair grow out for the winter too. The sky is stunning. Where do you live? I enjoy funny vet signs, too. There is one not far from our house that always has something funny on their sign.

I would add: Yeah, but 8 cats didn’t pull a sled to deliver life saving serum, saving an entire Alaskan town (Nome) ! It’s all in fun! I love both cats & dogs and I think they’re both smarter than we are, BOL!!
